HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS AND SHIPPED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. DELIVERIES TAKE 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS AND IN RARE CASES 7+ BUSINESS DAYS.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION:

RIGHT AWAY AFTER YOUR ORDER BEING FULFILLED (SHIPPED), YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES ARE CHARGED ONCE THE PARCEL REACHES ITS DESTINATION COUNTRY. THESE CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT OF THE PARCEL.

UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES, AND CANNOT DETERMINE WHAT THE COST MIGHT BE, AS CUSTOMS POLICIES AND IMPORT DUTIES VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. WE ADVISE THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO FIND OUT CURRENT CHARGES BEFORE YOU ORDER.

THE CUSTOMER MUST TAKE FULL LIABILITY FOR ANY PARCELS RETURNED TO VINTAGE LEATHER CO. DUE TO UNPAID CUSTOMS CHARGES OR IGNORED/UNSEEN EMAILS FROM YOUR CUSTOMS OFFICE OR CARRIER. POSTAL CHARGES, RETURN SHIPMENT COSTS, CUSTOMS CHARGES AND HANDLING FEES WILL ALL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND, GIFT CARD OR REQUESTED EXCHANGE DUE.

MISSED PARCELS

ANY ITEMS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO RECIPIENT NOT BEING HOME WILL GENERALLY BE RETURNED TO A LOCAL DEPOT AFTER THE SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT, ITEMS NOT COLLECTED FROM THE DEPOT WILL BE RETURNED TO VINTAGE LEATHER CO, WE WILL THEN ISSUE A REFUND OF GOODS MINUS OUR POSTAL CHARGES AND AN ADMIN FEE FOR RETURNED ITEMS. WE ADVISE CUSTOMERS TO USE AN ADDRESS THAT THEY CAN GUARANTEE SOMEONE BEING THERE TO RECEIVE THE ITEM (HOME OR PLACE OF WORK) AS THEY WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

FOR US DELIVERIES CONTACT THE SELECTED COURIER VIA THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THEIR SHIPPING EMAIL AND USE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. ONCE YOUR PARCEL LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE IT IS THE CARRIERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE TO YOU. WE HAVE VERY LITTLE IF ANY POWER TO INFLUENCE ANY NON-DELIVERED ITEMS. THE CARRIER WILL EXPLAIN THEIR PROCEDURES AS WELL AS ANY COMPENSATION CLAIM PROCESSES. WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO HELP THIS PROCESS ALONG WHEN CONTACTED BY THE CUSTOMER VIA VINTAGELEATHERCOOP@GMAIL.COM

FOR ALL EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, IF YOUR PARCEL IS UNDELIVERED OUTSIDE OF THE ETA TIME PLEASE CONTACT VINTAGELEATHERCOOP@GMAIL.COM PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 DAYS AFTER THE ETA TIME BEFORE REQUESTING ANY FORM OF RE-DELIVERY OR REFUND. VINTAGE LEATHER CO WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO LOCATE AND UPDATE YOU ON OUR DELIVERY IF NEEDED. 

 

RETURNS | EXCHANGES | REPLACEMENTS 

AT VINTAGE LEATHER CO, WE ARE COMMITTED TO ENSURING YOUR SATISFACTION. YOU MAY RETURN YOUR UNUSED ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ITEM'S DELIVERY DATE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. THE ITEM MUST BE IN ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION. SHRINK-WRAPED ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED. 

SALE/DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT.

IF A CUSTOMER SENDS BACK A NON-RETURNABLE ITEM, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES GOING BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

PRODUCTS RETURNED AS DEFECTIVE, BUT WHICH AFTER INSPECTION, ARE FOUND NOT TO BE DEFECTIVE ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% HANDLING CHARGE.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON DAMAGED MERCHANDISE THAT WAS NOT INSPECTED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF ORIGINAL DELIVERY AND NOT REPORTED OR CLAIMED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. IF A CUSTOMER SIGNS FOR A DELIVERY AND DOES NOT REPORT ANY DAMAGE TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY OR TO US THEN IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY TO RECOUP ANY DAMAGES

SALE OR DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS ONLY VIA STORE CREDIT. ITEMS MUST ALSO BE UNUSED, TO BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. 

THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS GOING BACK TO US. INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. 

 

PRE-ORDER | MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

ORDERS CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT CONFIRMATION WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND. 

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER 24 HOURS . EACH "PRE-ORDER" & "MADE TO ORDER" PRODUCT HAS ITS OWN ETA CUSTOMER MUST BE AWARE OF THE ETA BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.
